1. Delivery
All products purchased will be despatched within two (2) working days. Estimated duration for products to arrive are as below:
Local 1 - 3 working days
International 5 - 7 working days
2. Exchanges (if applicable)
If you received a defective or damaged item, you may follow steps below.
- Take a clear photos of the damaged item, including any visible defects.
- Send us the photos through WhatsApp at +6012-6672042.
- To exchange for other item that is equal or greater in price. If you select an item that is greater in price, you will have to pay the price difference. No refund if the price is lower.
- We will proceed a consignment note for delivery and you have to drop the parcel at your nearest courier store. We will pay the cost for the delivery.
- Please note that no new delivery can take place until we have received the returned products from you.
- You must take reasonable care of products if you wish to return them; must be in the original packaging (dust bag and delivery box).
Note: We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged.
3. Returns
Return product is within twenty-one (21) days after the date of delivery. If 21 days have gone by since you have received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange is allowed only once.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (excluding postage fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Processing fee may be applied on the refund.
4.1 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You can exchange for other item. To exchange for other item that is equal or greater in price. If you select an item that is greater in price, you will have to pay the price difference. No refund if the price is lower.
6. Late or missing Item (if applicable)
Once your item is ready to be post out, we will inform you via WhatsApp. If your ordered 2 or more item but only 1 item is ready and need it to be deliver first, please be informed that you will be responsible for paying both delivery costs.
7. Shipping & Return Fees
To return your product, you should mail your product to: UG-56, Block G, Radia Commercial, Persiaran Tebar Layar, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, 40150 Selangor Malaysia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for items purchased based on a change of mind. If you are unsure, we recommend visiting our showroom in person.
