1. Delivery

All products purchased will be despatched within two (2) working days. Estimated duration for products to arrive are as below:

  • Local: 1 - 3 working days
  • International: 5 - 7 working days

2. Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item, including any visible defects.
  2. Send the photos to us via WhatsApp at +6012-6672042.
  3. You may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value. If you choose an item priced higher, you will be required to pay the price difference. No refund will be issued if the new item is priced lower.

Once we receive the details, we will issue a consignment note for delivery. You will need to drop the parcel off at your nearest courier store. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Please note: No new delivery will be processed until we have received the returned product. 

You must take reasonable care of the items if you wish to return them, and they should be in their original packaging (including dust bag and delivery box).

Note: We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

3. Returns

Returns must be made within twenty-one (21) days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if 21 days have passed since you received the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Please note: Exchanges are allowed only once.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. This will confirm the receipt of your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund (excluding the postage fee) will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days. Please note that a processing fee may apply to the refund.

4.1 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears in your account.

5. Sale items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. However, you may exchange a sale item for another item of equal or greater value. If you select an item priced higher, you will be required to pay the price difference. If you select an item with a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference.


6. Late or missing Item (if applicable)


Once your item is ready for dispatch, we will notify you via WhatsApp. If you have ordered two or more items and only one is ready for delivery, please note that you will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for both shipments.

7. Shipping & Return Fees

To return your product, please mail it to:  

UG-56, Block G, Radia Commercial, Persiaran Tebar Layar, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, 40150 Selangor, Malaysia.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


8. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for items purchased due to a change of mind. If you are unsure about your purchase, we recommend visiting our showroom in person before finalizing your order.
